What’s new
v3 — Current
Current
Deleted bookmarks are now kept in an Archive and are only truly removed
after you confirm it — no silent data loss. Caching is smarter, so
updates show up right away while Marq keeps working offline, and Marq now
tells you what changed.
Full changelog
-
The Archive no longer trims itself silently. Anything a retention
rule would permanently delete — older than
30 days or beyond the 40-item
limit — is first shown in a confirmation, listing the exact
bookmarks, before it’s dropped.
-
Smarter offline caching: page loads are network-first when you’re
online (a new release appears right away), falling back to the cached
copy when you’re offline.
-
A one-time “Marq was updated” notice appears after each
release and links to this page.
-
Versioned release notes introduced — this changelog is the new
home for what changed, linked from the app and About page footers.

bookmarks narrow down as you type.

a server.
